sitting in the same position for long hours lets the blood pool in the legs. This will lead to the development of deep vein thrombosis (DVT). According to studies people who sit in the same position for more than 7 hours have a great risk of heart disease. Therefore, we must exercise regularly, go for a walk and stay fit.
Remove Trans fats from your diet
Try to eat home-cooked foods. Avoid fast foods, canned foods, snacks, and preserved foods. Do you know – trans fats are industry-produced fats that are used in fried fats foods, margarine, snack foods, and baked foods.
Avoid eating processed foods – processed foods contain a lot of unhealthy fats and artificial ingredients which may increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases so we must avoid eating them.
